The Concept

In 2006, Spain was still a developing market in terms of mobile promotions. NEWSPHONE launched for Vodafone Spain the “100 Days 100 BMW” SMS promo to increase ARPU and reduce churn. During the promotion, a Best in Class communication plan was executed,
  • with a proven TVC,
  • endorsed by a large scale print, mms and internet campaign and
  • followed by an SMS script that drove high ARPU and offered an exciting user experience.
